Fairy Stairs

Have you ever been to Fairyland? I bet you haven't. The next best thing would be to use this week's Free Nature Wallpaper on your own desktop. I know you'll like it. Look at it very closely. Are you getting sleepy? Soon you will drift off into pleasant dreams to wake up into a world of fantasy like you've never known before. How will you ever make it back?

Let's not talk any further. My tale has been told. Let's get to the photo, before we get old.

The Everyday Adventurer is my nature blog where I tell stories of my daily nature hikes and the things I encounter, with more photos like this one. Rat Tales is where I get to share some of the fiction that I write. No photos there though, just some very cool stories.

You probably never thought you'd find something right out of your dreams. Dreaming of a fairy land is a good dream to have.

  2. Is it a path to a secret clearing where you will find a fairy ring...and little people dancing in dappled sunlight ? Yes , I can picture this.

Just think about what it might be like to ascend these stairs and then come upon a gathering of fairies. That would be magical.

The closest I've come to using fairies in my stories has been one with a rude leprechaun. A story with a few fairies would be good.
