Deer In The Meadow

This deer photo was requested as a wallpaper by a reader over at The Everyday Adventurer, so the Free Wallpaper is back by request for one week. I actually had to doctor this one up a bit because the lighting wasn't ideal at the time I took it. The Sun was at the backs of these deer, but their pose was just too good to pass up.

Let's not talk any further. My tale has been told. Let's get to the photo, before we get old.

If you'd like to see more of my work go take a look at any of my three sites. I'm the editor here at Nature Center Magazine, and I also have two blogs. The Everyday Adventurer is my nature blog where I tell stories of my daily nature hikes and the things I encounter, with more photos like this one. Rat Tales is where I get to share some of the fiction that I write. No photos there though, just some very cool stories.

  1. I do like the little blue bird flying around your page . A little whimsey is always good.

  2. These are just lovely. My mom has several on her property all year round in Michigan. I never grow tired of watching them.
