Old Road

When I saw this dirt road I thought it looked perfect for computer wallpaper. The effect of the scene wasn't quite the same when I saw it on the computer though, so I thought I would do something about it. I edited a few things in my favorite photo editor, and I think it looks exactly how I want it now. It gives just the right feeling.

When I look at this picture now, I get feelings of times long past, long before I ever lived, in the countryside of America. I don't know why, but the scene makes me feel good. It's as if my grandparents are right there watching over me whenever I see this picture. I imagine myself stepping into the picture and being there with them.

Rat Tales is where I get to share some of the fiction that I write. No photos there though, just some very cool stories.
