Freezing North American Wood Frogs

Our Cool Nature Video for this week tells us about a kind of frog that freezes completely for the winter. This is like the ultimate hibernation. These frogs hearts actually stop completely and they freeze as solid as a piece of ice. When spring arrives the frogs then thaw out and they are completely fine.  Watch the video for a full explanation.
